Privacy Policy

Copernicus AI, LLC ("Copernicus AI," "we," "us") builds AI-run content operations with a human in charge of every public word. This policy describes what we collect on copernicusai.io, how our internal tools use platform APIs, and how to reach us about any of it.
What we collect on this site
- Contact form. If you submit the form on our homepage, we collect the email address and optional note you provide. We use them solely to respond to your inquiry. They are stored in our private database and are never sold or shared for marketing.
- No accounts, no tracking cookies. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics scripts.
- Hosting logs. Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, timestamps — to serve and secure the site.
- Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts; Google's privacy policy applies to those requests.
Platform integrations (including LinkedIn)
Our internal publishing tools connect to social-platform APIs — including LinkedIn's — under OAuth authorization granted by our own page administrators. In plain terms:
- Access is limited to our own company pages and accounts: drafting and publishing our posts, and reading the engagement analytics the platform provides to page administrators. We do not operate these tools on anyone else's behalf.
- Every post is reviewed and approved by a human before it is published.
- OAuth tokens are stored securely, used only for the purposes above, and can be revoked at any time from the platform's settings.
- We do not collect, store, or sell platform members' personal data. Analytics we read are the aggregate statistics platforms provide to page owners.
- Our use of each platform's APIs is governed by, and complies with, that platform's terms — including the LinkedIn API Terms of Use.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. Data is processed only by the infrastructure providers that run our systems (such as Cloudflare for hosting and Supabase for our database), acting on our instructions.
Retention and your rights
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to handle the inquiry. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us — we will respond promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
